Chances are those were city workers and not sanitation guys, but either way, they are not rocket scientists. It doesn't take much to get a license to drive a big vehicle - keep that in mind when passing large trucks on the highway. And yet, most workers/truckers have lots of experience - obviously not the guys in the video.
I agree that they're prob'ly city workers and stupid to boot. I have a hard time believing that they just kept ramming and jamming until that truck was beat to shit.
